Use of the site constitutes agreement to the terms set out in it. These terms apply equally to all genders.
The services
Musakh Yitzhak Naveh Ltd (hereinafter: "NABA WORKSHOP") provides mechanics, diagnostics, body and paint, maintenance and related services. The company reserves the right to choose the cars and projects it takes on.
Quotes and work approval
- All work is carried out after a detailed quote and the client's explicit approval.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
- Additions or changes to the scope of work will be coordinated and approved in advance.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including photographs, texts, trademarks and design, is the property of Musakh Yitzhak Naveh Ltd and protected by copyright. It may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The information on the site is general and does not constitute an undertaking. Binding service details will be determined in a quote and an individual agreement with the client.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Central District.
